    ADDITIONAL MENU

For current and future leaders, the Master of Science in Management & Leadership is a valuable program that is quickly becoming a popular alternative to the M.B.A. Offering in-depth training across many areas of business, this degree helps students hone specific leadership skills and equips them to move up in their careers.

HERE ARE THE TOP FIVE BENEFITS FOR GRADUATES:

    1. Learn to Rally Teams

Motivating people is at the core of any leadership position. Students in the program develop a deep understanding of positive leadership while discovering and enhancing their own style of influence. This prepares them to motivate individuals and rally teams around a common goal.

    2. Train to Weather Change

One of the most important leadership attributes is the ability to perform in a changing environment. Through hands-on study, students learn to plan and anticipate change, and to respond in a way that has a positive impact on their business.

    3. Become a Forward Thinker

Strategic planning and decision making skills help leaders maximize performance in their organizations. Students are able to refine these skills and position themselves for career advancement.

    4. Develop Real-World Knowledge

Students are trained to address today’s unique challenges by learning from real-world scenarios and frontline research. Using Harvard case studies, students can zero in on the issues they’ll confront in the field.

    5. Earn a Valuable Credential

If you are looking to move up in your career, a master’s degree can provide the mobility you need. Employers are looking for management professionals who have invested in up-to-date knowledge.
