Coker University is pleased to report strong success in its 2025 Strike As One campaign, which wrapped up during Homecoming weekend, October 3-4. The giving effort achieved both increased participation and financial support, reflecting the Cobra community's engagement and generosity.

This fall, 651 donors stepped up to support Coker - well beyond the campaign goal of 525. In all, those donors contributed $222,795, surpassing last year’s total of $205,858 (with 461 donors).

Homecoming weekend brought a lively energy to campus as alumni, students, faculty, staff, and guests returned for Reunion events, athletic competitions, tours, camaraderie, and shared memories. Whether walking across Davidson Hall lawn or joining online giving challenges, many made their presence (and their impact) felt.

Jennifer Rhodes, Director of Alumni Engagement, reflected on the weekend, “It was powerful to watch so many Cobras come home, reconnect with one another, and invest in the future of Coker. That kind of spirit drives momentum.”

Proceeds from Strike As One will be directed toward student scholarships, campus enhancements, and academic, athletic, and extracurricular programs that support the holistic student experience.

President Natalie Harder added, “This campaign confirms what we already believe; when our community chooses to rally, we achieve more together. These gifts will fuel student success, campus programs, and the resources that help Coker grow stronger.”

Coker extends its gratitude to every contributor, volunteer, staff member, and ambassador who helped make this campaign a success. The spirit behind this effort is what ensures tangible outcomes for Cobras today and for the generations that follow.
