[Tweet](https://twitter.com/share) Jun 20, 2024 [Coker University](https://blogs.coker.edu/news-stories/author/coker-university) Coker University, a student-focused private Liberal Arts College located in Hartsville, SC, recently selected Creative Dining Services as its hospitality partner to provide its students, faculty, staff, and the community with fresh, wholesome food options on campus. This partnership will provide further support for their students with healthy on-the-go selections, great flexibility, extended dining hours, and dynamic menus made from locally sourced ingredients. Creative Dining Services provides colleges and universities with fresh, delicious, innovative food crafted and prepared by an outstanding team of culinary experts. We are excited to announce that starting in late summer, Creative Dining will manage all dining operations and catering services across campus. “Creative Dining’s innovative approach to Coker’s dining services excited the search committee.  From the fresh, seasonal, quality food services that meet our student and employee needs, an eagerness to be a part of the Hartsville community, and a transparent relationship from our first meeting are all factors why we know they were the partner for us,” said Dan Buryj, Vice President of Administration and Finance. Creative Dining will retain all dining team members who want to remain on campus and expand upon the dining services that have been previously provided. With award-winning professional development, the dining team will be trained to serve students, staff, and guests with excellence while embracing Coker's mission, vision, and core values.  Delicious variety, attention to detail, complete flexibility, exciting student events, and dining options and hours to accommodate busy class schedules, practices, and rehearsals are a few things you can expect. Additionally, an allergen awareness program will be implemented to ensure students with food allergies and sensitivities know what food is safe to eat and feel confident in their choices.  "I am excited to welcome a new catering service that will offer a fresh variety of food, service, and culture. Creative Dining will bring a delicious menu that will be very exciting as we enter the new school year!”Madeline Fontana, '26, from Colorado Springs, CO. Delicious food starts with fresh ingredients, and with sustainability as one of Creative Dining’s core values, they have that covered.
