Coker's impressive showing, with the second-highest number of semifinalists across the nine participating universities, highlights its students' entrepreneurial spirit and creativity.
The semifinalist teams representing Coker University are:
- Alga Core: Jacky Hong (Entrepreneurship & Innovation) and Andy Huynh (Accounting) – A cutting-edge venture focused on harnessing the power of algae for sustainable innovations.
- Sparkling Exteriors: Cheyenne Palmer (Exercise Science) – A creative approach to exterior cleaning that combines environmental sustainability with efficient service.
- Sweatlink: Rhyan Parkin (Sports Administration) – A sports-tech startup aimed at enhancing athlete performance and engagement through wearable technology.
