HARTSVILLE, SC (October 6, 2021) -- WBTW CBS-13 recently featured Coker University's Covid efforts as a success story for higher education in South Carolina.
Reporter Lacey Lee recently highlighted Coker's Covid policy, which has resulted in student vaccination rates rising from 39% in August to 75% this week. When Coker reaches 80% student vaccination, many campus restrictions - including masks indoors for the vaccinated on inter-residence hall visitation - will be lifted.
As part of two segments that aired on October 5, Lee also interviewed Coker student and BOLD Men President Tyler McCoy.
